Florida Bar & Law School Application Review

A rush job on the Bar application is the most direct route to creating problems for yourself. Investigative hearings can sometimes be avoided, if a Bar application has candid, accurate, complete and balanced answers.

A good application requires preparation, and an experienced bar admissions attorney’s review of a draft application saves time and money in the long run.

While admission isn’t guaranteed, there is peace of mind knowing that you’ve done everything you could before the Board of Bar Examiners started its investigation.

It’s Not Too Late to be Honest

Making an amendment to disclose something that’s not on your Bar application is always a good idea.

Applicants with adverse information to report often ask me, “how do I word this to make it sound better?” I offer applicants ways to word it to be what the Board is looking for.
